nCino is proud to share our FY24 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report. This report shares our progress toward building a sustainable business and our dedication to responsible practices in line with our mission.

Why It Matters

Our ESG report represents a significant milestone in our sustainability journey and reinforces our commitment to stakeholders, customers, and employees. It reflects the strides we've made over the past year and outlines our plans for continuous improvement.

Our ESG report provides detailed insights into:

  • Our mission and vision to revolutionize the financial services industry.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including our DEI Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

  • nVolve, our community involvement initiative focused on philanthropy and employee volunteering.

  • Governance, ethics, and compliance practices, with best-practice frameworks.

  • Internal audits, enterprise risk, security, and privacy strategies, including data privacy, ISMS, and data backup.

  • Our environmental efforts toward sustainable offices, renewable energy use, and carbon footprint reduction.

Philanthropic Highlights

This year marked a particularly strong chapter in our philanthropic journey. Here is a glimpse into our impact on the community:

  • FY24 was nCino’s second largest year of philanthropic giving to date. Combining corporate giving and matching along with employee giving and including the monetary value of our laptop donation program, nCino made over seventy separate charitable contributions in FY24, totaling more than $725,000.

  • The nCino Golf Tournament had its most successful year ever, raising a total of $10,000 on behalf of Coastal Carolina Wildlife Rehab.

  • In May 2021, nCino announced a $1.2 million sponsorship with The City of Wilmington to help ensure youth sports will always have a home in Wilmington, NC. The project was completed in October 2024.
